4321>IceCoffee

I am excited to present the 4321>IceCoffee luxury men's bracelet, which was inspired by the beautiful and powerful Rolex Platinum Daytona pictured below and known as the "Ice" Daytona.

I don't own this watch, but its color combination works so well that I wanted to have a bracelet that made me think of it.

Details of the Design

In looking to match the chocolate-color bezel of the watch, I chose individual pieces of darker-brown coffee jasper from among the many shades one finds in a strand of this appealing stone. In the shot below, you see the full range of "coffee" colors, including cream (almost white) and amber (as one would see in a beautiful cappuccino), alongside the brown shades:

The Joy of Design is to conceive an idea and then sift through a group of stones such as these to find the perfect combination of pieces to evoke the chocolate tones of the Ice Daytona.

And to match the ice-blue watch dial, I chose my favorite stone of all, the beautiful agate-blue stone, which has various shades of blue and green that work well with the watch:

For the silver, I moved away from my usual Thai silver nuggets (found in many of my designs) and instead decided to use sterling silver saucer-shaped pieces. This design choice was necessary because of the elegance of the Ice Daytona: as Daytona-lovers know, the platinum edition is more refined than the usual stainless steel sports editions.

In the following photo, you can see the sterling silver in the 4321>IceCoffee below the Thai silver in my 4321>Tigereye bracelet.

All of these elements are set in my 4321 pattern, which brings the silver pieces closer together as the bracelet moves along. This creates visual interest as your eye moves around the bracelet, and the result is a more fulfilling experience thoughout a day as you see the bracelet from different angles.

This innovative pattern also allows you to turn the bracelet around to see a different order of the progression, which offers its own depth of experience.

Other watches with the 4321>IceCoffee

Although I designed this piece with the Ice Daytona in mind, when I see it next to the rose-gold / brown-strap / blue hands combination of my worldtimer, I have to admit that it makes for an ideal match...

Stones and Materials

The Vinchesi Designs 4321>IceCoffee contains the following elements:

• Coffee Jasper stones
• Thai silver pieces
• Thai silver clasp
• Sterling silver crimp covers
• Sterling silver crimps

This luxury bracelet is double-strung with 49-strand stainless steel wire and each stone and silver element is smoothed on the inside by hand to reduce abrasion and enhance durability.
