Shipping - Inside the USA & Canada

First class shipping is free within the USA and Canada and you will receive tracking information via email or text (depending on the method you selected) as soon as your order is shipped.

Your Vinchesi Designs luxury bracelet is made by hand specifically for you once we receive your order, and the first part of that process is to discuss with you (via email, text, or direct-message) your exact wrist measurement in either inches or centimeters. Please see Wrist Size for more information.

Once your wrist size is confirmed, we expect to make and ship your luxury bracelet within five business days.

Your order should arrive in three-to-seven business days after it ships from Connecticut to destinations within the USA and Canada.  At certain times of the year it might take a little longer, so please select priority mail if you wish to have it sooner.

Shipping - Outside the USA & Canada 

Vinchesi Designs provides international shipping via UPS, DHL, or the U.S. Postal Service. Prices are based on weight and destination.

Your order should arrive in 7-to-21 business days after it ships from Connecticut to destinations around the world.  At certain times of the year it might take a little longer, so please select priority mail if you wish to have it sooner.

Vinchesi Designs will pay for custom fees, duties and handling charges and endeavors to do so before you receive notice of such charges (typically you will hear nothing about this and it will not be an issue for you).  If for some reason you receive notice of additional charges for completion of delivery, please notify us immediately via text, email (service@vinchesidesigns.com), or direct message, and we will take care of such charges as soon as possible so as not to delay your delivery.
